Summary

Triple O's Restaurant

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Front Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Triple O's!

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately at the front counter and process payments using the POS system.
• Prepare, assemble, and pack food orders accurately for dine-in, takeout, and delivery services.
• Ensure all orders are complete, properly packaged, and handed to customers or delivery drivers on time.
• Answer customer questions regarding menu items, promotions, and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and workstations.
• Restock packaging supplies, beverages, condiments, and other front-counter essentials.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other daily restaurant duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous customer service or fast-food restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing general restaurant duties.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
