Job Description We are looking for Technical Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot and support clients experiencing technical issues, providing clear solutions and professional guidance.

Responsibilities Handle technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email

Troubleshoot software, hardware, or connectivity issues

Guide clients with step-by-step solutions

Document issues and resolutions accurately

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support

Meet service quality and productivity targets

Schedule & Training \Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays

Paid technical training provided

Requirements High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)

Strong English and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused and analytical

Basic computer skills and multitasking ability

Willingness to work onsite in Metro Manila
