Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Handle inquiries regarding lodging accommodations and booking policies.
• Provide accurate information on hotel availability, rates, and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive customer experience while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications:

• Open to Senior High School graduates or Highschool graduate (old curriculum)
• No experience required
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work in Cebu City and on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php14,999.12 - Php25,999.03 per month
