About the role

is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Virtual Process to join our dynamic customer service team. This is a full-time position based in Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila, offering an excellent opportunity to provide outstanding customer support in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers and address their questions promptly
• Process customer requests, orders, and transactions whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company's systems
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily
• Maintain a professional demeanour and positive attitude whilst handling multiple customer inquiries
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
• Strong listening and empathy skills to understand customer needs and concerns
• Patient and calm demeanour, especially when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Problem-solving abilities and the initiative to find solutions within company guidelines
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable working space for a virtual role
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
• Familiarity with industrial or B2B sales environments is preferred
