A Silverado Plumbing CSR

• Serves customers with a positive attitude and is excited to get to work each day!
• Evaluates each customer's needs and matches them with the right technician for their job.
• Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
• Participates in ongoing training to grow and develop as a professional.
• Works well with other team members to promote a positive, "win-win-win" culture.

What Does It Take?

• High integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to make solid connections with colleagues and customers.
• Accurate and detailed record-keeping in a fast-paced environment!
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (or similar) programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
• Preferred knowledge of dispatch software, Service Titan experience is a bonus!
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute with 90% accuracy
• Preferred general knowledge of Plumbing and the Tucson Area
• Ability to work Saturdays
