CSR/Insurance Agent

Ralston-Byers Insurance Agency is hiring a Full-Time CSR/Insurance Agent. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend customer service excellence with insurance sales. As a vital part of our organization, you’ll engage with diverse clients, and provide tailored insurance options—all while fostering long-term relationships that promote trust and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answers agency phone calls, orders supplies, and conducts general office administration.
• Receives phone calls and office visitors requesting quotes.
• Makes minor policy changes for personal lines coverage as requested by the Agent.
• Assists with the everyday flow in the agency including emails, downloads, expiration notices and special projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Property/Casualty License preferred but not required. Must be willing to study and obtain a license.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• High attention to detail
• Full-Time, M - F, 9 am-4pm
