Job Summary:
CSR/Overflow Sales

This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and supports inbound sales during high call volume periods for a local pest control solutions company

We are looking for someone who is positive, confident discussing service options, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Pay: starting at $12.00/hour

Time: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction
• Educate customers on service options and pricing
• Recommend appropriate pest control solutions
• Convert inquiries into confirmed services
• Follow up on open estimates and opportunities
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Communicate clearly with technicians and team members

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and service agreements
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Positive, team-focused mindset
• Dependable with strong attendance

We’re looking for someone dependable who enjoys working with people and helping keep a busy office running smoothly.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
