We are currently hiring Technical Support Representatives to provide troubleshooting, customer support, and sales assistance to help creators, local businesses, and organizations achieve greater success online.

Job Details

• Position: Technical Support Representative
• Work Location: IT Park, Cebu

• Education: Open to 2nd-year college level
• Experience: At least 6 months of voice/customer service experience for Senior High School/High School graduates

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer concerns.
• Assist customers with products, services, and online platforms.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.
• Handle sales opportunities, including upselling relevant products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with at least 2 years of college education.
• For High School/Senior High School graduates: at least 6 months of voice/customer service experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-service oriented with good sales and upselling skills.
• Willing to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
