Position: Warehouse Custodian – Central Supply Section

Location: San Pablo Colleges Medical Center, San Pablo City, Laguna

About the Role

The Warehouse Custodian will play a vital role in ensuring the proper receiving, safekeeping, issuance, and inventory management of all medical and non-medical supplies within the Central Supply Section. The position requires accuracy, organization, and adherence to hospital standards to support smooth hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries; report discrepancies.
• Organize and store supplies properly following FEFO/FIFO practices.
• Ensure safekeeping, cleanliness, and order of the warehouse.
• Accurately prepare and release supplies on time.
• Maintain stock records, conduct physical counts, and generate reports.
• Encode transactions in the system and support digital inventory processes.
• Troubleshoot basic IT/system-related concerns.
• Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). Graduates of Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields may also be considered.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management. Experience in a hospital setting is an advantage.
