About the role

This is a Sales/Customer Service position responsible for managing the complete customer lifecycle, from initial lead follow-up through closing and post-sales support. You will handle client consultations, quotations, negotiations, and serve as the primary contact point during production. You will also manage warranty claims and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Receive leads from the marketing team and conduct follow-up activities
• Consult with clients on their needs, budget, and design preferences
• Create and send quotations, revising according to negotiations
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Hand over order details to the project/production team after closing
• Serve as the contact point for clients during the production process
• Provide regular progress updates to clients
• Handle client questions, complaints, or change requests during production
• Handle warranty claims and after-sales matters according to company policy
• Maintain post-transaction relationships to identify repeat order opportunities
• Record all communication history, agreements, and changes in the client database
• Prepare regular status reports to management

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3/S1 (all majors) — fresh graduates welcome
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Friendly, patient, and enjoy interacting with people
• Active communication ability in English (verbal and written) - plus
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Email)
• Detail-oriented and organized in data recording and administration
• Able to work with targets and deadlines
• Able to manage multiple tasks/clients simultaneously
• Willing to learn new things and open to feedback and training
• Self-initiative and able to handle routine matters without waiting for instructions
