Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform sterilization processes using autoclave equipment to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of medical instruments.
• Conduct regular inspections of sterilized items to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization procedures, including documentation of test results and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure adherence to established protocols for sterile supply chain management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience as a CSSD Technician or related field (sterile services).
• Diploma in CSSD technician course.
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques, including autoclave operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
