Role & responsibilities
- Guiding the Junior Technicians and helpers in the routine CSSD jobs.
- Taking the responsibility of all the articles received properly and issued the sterile articles well to various departments.
- Taking the responsibility of maintenance of the equipments.
- Taking the responsibility of discipline in the department.
- Taking the responsibility of discipline in the CSSD and steam line the work flow of the department in the absence of head of the department.
- Taking the responsibility to maintain CSSD all consumables inventory.
- Communicate to the HOD regarding any unusual incident happened in the department.
- You will actively participate in continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at adding value to both the department and the organization.
