CSSD Technician

Responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, assembling and sterilising surgical instruments and equipment as per hospital protocols. Operates sterilisation equipment, packs and labels instrument sets accurately, and ensures proper storage and distribution of sterile supplies. Maintains sterilisation records and documentation, follows infection-control and safety standards, and maintains cleanliness of the CSSD work area. Requires knowledge of sterilisation procedures and infection-control practices, strong attention to detail and good teamwork skills.
