What they need
The CSSD Technician plays a crucial role in the hospital's sterile supply unit, ensuring the safety and efficacy of medical instruments used in surgeries and patient care. Their responsibilities include:
- Decontamination: Collecting and cleaning contaminated instruments using washers, ultrasonic cleaners, and manual methods.
- Sterilization: Operating autoclaves and other sterilization equipment, adhering to safety procedures.
- Assembly & Packaging: Inspecting instruments for functionality and cleanliness, then packing them for sterilization.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of sterilization cycles for traceability.
- Storage & Distribution: Storing sterile items in designated areas and distributing them to operating rooms and wards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
