About the Position

Integrated Healthcare Solutions of NC (IHS) is seeking a qualified and experienced CST Program Director to oversee the operations and service delivery of our Community Support Team (CST) program.

The Program Director will provide program leadership, supervise staff, monitor service quality and compliance, and ensure that services are delivered effectively to individuals receiving behavioral health and community-based support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the CST program.
• Provide leadership and supervision to CST team members.
• Coordinate service delivery and ensure services meet program and individual needs.
• Monitor documentation and ensure records are accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Support the development and implementation of individualized service plans.
• Coordinate with clinicians, Qualified Professionals, medical providers, families, and community resources.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, and compliance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state, payer, and organizational requirements.
• Monitor program outcomes and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
• Address client, staff, and operational concerns appropriately.
• Maintain positive relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Participate in audits, meetings, case reviews, and quality-assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, community-based services, or human services.
• Previous supervisory or program-management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CST and community-based behavioral health services preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, professional, and able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
