CT Technologist

Role: CT Technologist

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans of the head, body, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities according to physician orders.
• Verify patient history, ensure safe patient positioning and transfers.
• Select, adjust scan parameters, and prepare/administer contrast media under radiologist supervision.
• Post-process and accurately label imaging studies.
• Document exams and charges within the radiology system.
• Conduct basic equipment quality checks.
• Provide patient care across various age groups in a clinical environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of radiation safety standards.
• Ability to operate CT imaging equipment.
• Attention to detail for image processing and documentation.
• Strong patient care skills including safe transfer and positioning.
• Ability to follow physician and radiologist instructions.
