CT Technologist - Full Time, Variable Shift

Role Overview The CT Technologist operates computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissues for diagnostic purposes.

They perform various imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, ensuring high-quality images and accurate patient assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across a broad age range from adolescence to geriatric.
• Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist review.
• Utilize PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images securely and accurately.
• Maintain precise records, files, and billing information, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of imaging equipment and manage supply inventory.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiologic Technology and CT modality (ARRT-CT required).
• Advanced Certification in CT (preferred in some states).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider.
• Fluoroscopy license and venipuncture certification are preferred in certain locations.
