CTA / Senior CTA

该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities: l . As a study team member, to support Clinical Project Manager to coordinate clinical team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes taking, and action item tracking

• Manage CTMS system set-up, maintenance, and reporting; serve as local system superuser
• Track study metrics (CTMS milestones, visit planning, issues status) and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports to study team
• Maintain and quality-check TMF (e-TMF system and physical paper documents archiving), ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and audit readiness
• Vendor qualification and management, including vendor selection, coordination, PO processing, and ad-hoc tasks; 6 IMP management, including support CPM on purchasing, labelling IMPs and place order for sites supplies.
• Maintain and manage Shanghai office archiving room
• Provide administrative support to project managers and department head.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences with 1-year relevant working experience
• Outstanding fresh Master’s graduates are welcome to reply
• Familiar with ICH-GCP, CTMS, e-TMF systems, and MS Office
• Fluent in English (at least written and reading) and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented, organized, open-minded and able to multitask
• Strong communication and learning agility
