CTC SharkNinja Store Supervisor

Job Summary

The Store Lead is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the SharkNinja Inline Store while driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining operational standards, and serving as the on-ground leader for the store team. The role acts as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts and ensures company standards are consistently executed.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance

· Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Drive product demonstrations and customer engagement to maximize conversion.

· Monitor key store performance indicators, including sales conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, demonstration rates, and customer satisfaction.

· Identify sales opportunities and recommend actions to improve store performance.

· Support execution of promotional campaigns and in-store activations.

Customer Experience

· Deliver exceptional customer service and serve as a role model for the store team.

· Assist customers with product recommendations and demonstrate strong product knowledge across the SharkNinja portfolio.

· Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

· Build positive customer relationships that encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.

· Ensure all customers receive a premium brand experience.

Store Operations

· Support the day-to-day operation of the store and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Execute opening and closing procedures as assigned.

· Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards in alignment with APAC guidelines.

· Ensure promotional materials, displays, and product demonstrations are executed correctly.

· Assist in monitoring POS transactions and store operational processes.

Inventory Management

· Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.

· Support inventory counts, stock audits, and cycle counts.

· Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse teams regarding stock concerns and deliveries.

· Assist in managing returned, damaged, or defective products and ensure proper documentation is completed.

Team Support & Leadership

· Provide on-floor guidance and support to Product Consultants.

· Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.

· Lead daily store briefings and communicate sales targets, promotions, and operational updates.

· Promote teamwork and maintain a positive store culture.

· Support the Retail Operations Assistant Manager in executing store initiatives and performance improvement plans.

Compliance & Reporting

· Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly store reports accurately and on time.

· Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and retail compliance requirements.

· Escalate operational issues, customer concerns, or compliance risks promptly.

· Support efforts to minimize store losses and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Experience

·       Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within consumer electronics, home appliances, or premium retail environments.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

·       Experience leading shifts, mentoring colleagues, or acting as a senior sales associate is preferred.
