CTCL Operations (Computer-to-Computer Link)

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end CTCL ID creation, modification, activation, and deactivation across BSE, NSE, MCX, and NCDEX as per applicable exchange guidelines and internal processes.
• Handling end to end AMFI registration and EUIN registration and deactivation process
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams, brokers, trading desks, technology teams, and exchange officials for timely processing of CTCL-related requests.
• Verify and maintain all required documents, approvals, forms, undertakings, and supporting records related to CTCL creation and deactivation.
• Ensure that CTCL IDs are created, activated, modified, and deactivated strictly based on authorized requests and applicable exchange requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CTCL master data, records, trackers, and MIS for all exchanges.
• Monitor pending CTCL requests and ensure timely closure within defined TAT/SLA.
• Perform periodic reconciliation of CTCL records with exchange and internal systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of an audit trail for all CTCL-related activities.
• Handle internal, statutory, compliance, and exchange audit queries relating to CTCL creation, activation, modification, and deactivation.
• Provide auditors with relevant supporting documents, approvals, exchange communications, logs, and transaction records within the stipulated timelines.
• Investigate audit observations and coordinate with concerned stakeholders to provide appropriate responses and close audit points.
• Ensure compliance with applicable BSE, NSE, MCX, and NCDEX rules, circulars, and regulatory requirements.
• Track changes in exchange guidelines/circulars relating to CTCL and implement necessary process changes.
• Maintain proper records of deactivated CTCL IDs and ensure timely removal/disablement from relevant systems, wherever applicable.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen controls, documentation, reconciliation, and audit readiness.
• Support periodic reviews and provide management with status reports on CTCL creation/deactivation activities and outstanding audit queries.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of CTCL processes and exchange operations.
• Working knowledge of BSE, NSE, MCX, NCDEX &AMFI requirements.
• Strong documentation and record-maintenance skills.
• Ability to handle audit queries and compliance-related requirements independently.
• Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS preparation, and data reconciliation.
• Ability to work within defined TATs and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
