Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Architecture:
• Define and execute the long-term IT roadmap aligned with business objectives across consumer finance, hire-purchase, and digital lending products.
• Architect, modernize, and scale the Core Lending System, Loan Origination System (LOS), and Collection Management platforms for high availability and performance.
• Digital Transformation & FinTech Innovation:
• Spearhead the development of customer-facing digital products, including mobile lending apps, e-KYC workflows, automated credit scoring models, and partner API integrations.
• Integrate data analytics, automated decision engines, and modern tech stacks to streamline operations and enhance credit risk assessment.
• Infrastructure, Cloud & Cybersecurity:
• Oversee hybrid/cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), network reliability, disaster recovery plans (DRP), and business continuity planning (BCP).
• Enforce robust information security policies, data privacy controls (PDPA), and regulatory compliance aligned with Bank of Thailand (BOT) and SEC standards.
• Leadership, Vendor & Budget Management:
• Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional technical teams (Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, and IT Operations).
• Manage technology CAPEX/OPEX budgets and strategic vendor/partner relationships with stringent SLA management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5+ years in an executive leadership capacity (CTO, VP of Technology, Head of IT).
• Proven track record within Consumer Finance, Non-Bank, Banking, FinTech, or Digital Lending domains.
• Strong background in leading large-scale Core Banking/Lending system implementations and modernizing legacy architectures into Microservices/API-first platforms.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Deep technical acumen in cloud platforms, database design, modern software stacks, and DevOps automation.
• Solid understanding of financial compliance, IT governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT), and data protection regulations (PDPA).
