Key Responsibilities

• Formulate the enterprise technology roadmap and lead the architectural transformation of our trading ecosystem to support fast-growing business lines.
• Provide executive management of our dual-region engineering organization, directly supervising backend, frontend, infrastructure, and QA teams across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Architect and optimize transactional infrastructure to meet world-class standards, achieving ultra-low latency and massive throughput capacity.
• Establish robust engineering workflows, system monitoring, and disaster recovery frameworks to ensure high operational availability under extreme market conditions.
• Mentor and scale a high-performance regional engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and strict engineering standards.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering disciplines.
• Possess a minimum of 8 years of progressive technical leadership experience in fintech platforms or massive-scale transactional internet platforms.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a senior executive management capacity (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Architecture) managing large-scale, cross-border development teams.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of high-performance product delivery and reliable infrastructure governance.
• Show native-level fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English to effectively align Hong Kong stakeholders with mainland engineering teams.
