CTOP Lead

Role Summary:

As CTOP Lead, you will oversee the full lifecycle of contractor turnovers, leading a dedicated team and coordinating the process from document collection through to handover. Your role ensures seamless integration and compliance of turnover packages.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team responsible for contractor turnover processes.
• Develop and implement CTOP procedures and documentation standards.
• Oversee contractor engagement, review, and approval of turnover packages.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and quality teams.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
• Proven experience in managing contractor turnover processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.
• Effective stakeholder engagement capabilities.
