CTS Loans Supervisor

About the role

Supervise and monitor the processing of Contract to Sell (CTS) financing applications, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely processing of buyer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Review CTS financing documents, buyer requirements, payment history, income documents, and other supporting requirements to ensure compliance with company policies
• Lead and supervise the Loans team in handling loan applications, documentation, account monitoring, client coordination, and follow-ups to achieve departmental targets
• Monitor buyer accounts, amortization schedules, outstanding balances, delinquent accounts, and financing status; coordinate with Accounting and Treasury for payment verification and reconciliation
• Coordinate with Sales, Sales Administration, Accounting, Treasury, and other departments regarding CTS financing concerns, account adjustments, documentation, and buyer requests
• Prepare regular reports on CTS financing applications, approved and pending accounts, collections, delinquency, and loan portfolio performance while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies
