• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities in the CTVS unit.
• Ensure safe, effective, and quality patient care.

• Monitor pre-operative and post-operative CTVS patients.
• Coordinate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure proper medication administration, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards.
• Monitor emergency situations and ensure timely intervention.
• Ensure availability and proper use of medical equipment and supplies.
• Conduct staff supervision, training, and performance monitoring.
• Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and safety standards.

• Experience: 4-8 years
• Education:
• Skills: surgical nursing, medical staff supervision, patient care, patient care & clinical skills, nursing management, critical care management
