CUCM Engineer - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and voice infrastructure.
• Provide Level 1 support for IP telephony issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for Cisco IP Phones, call connectivity, and voice quality issues.
• Log and track incidents in the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to L2 / L3 voice engineers when required.
• Support Cisco IP Phones registration issues and user-related problems.
• Monitor voice gateways, SIP trunks, and PRI lines.
• Assist in basic CUCM administration tasks such as user configuration and phone association.
• Maintain incident reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with network, server, and application teams during troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• Understanding of VoIP concepts (SIP, SCCP, RTP).
• Basic knowledge of Cisco IP Phones and voice gateways.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, VLAN, QoS).
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
