Culinary Admin (UAE National)

Organization- Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Summary Culinary Admin You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Job Summary As the Culinary Admin you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Culinary Department by ensuring that coordination, administration, communication functions and duties of the department are carried out in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with company policies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the Culinary Administration office.
• Administer all mail going in and out of the Culinary Administration office
• Ensure a proper filing system is maintained for all Culinary Department records
• Any other duties or projects assigned by the Culinary management

Qualifications Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the hotel operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
