ABOUT THE ROLE

• Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and Culinary leadership team.​
• Coordinate daily office operations within the Culinary Department.​
• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Executive Chef.​
• Coordinate communication between kitchen teams and other hotel departments.​
• Assist with purchasing requisitions, office supplies, and document control.​
• Ensure timely distribution and follow-up of emails, memos, and internal communications.​
• Support compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP requirements.​

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES​

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred ​
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills​
• Self-motivated, detail-orientedAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.​
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an advantage.​
