Culinary Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily production administration, data entry and documentation.

Maintain production output, material usage and wastage records.

Prepare production reports, recipe calculations and product costing.

Use Excel for data analysis, calculations and reporting.

Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse and Purchasing teams.

Support the Production Manager with daily administrative and operational matters.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma/Certificates in F&B, Food Technology, Culinary, Business Administration or related field.

1 years of relevant experience in F&B, food manufacturing or production administration preferred.

Familiar with production processes, recipe calculations and costing.

Good Excel skills with strong numerical and analytical ability.

Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.

Good communication and coordination skills.
