The Role

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented pastry or culinary professionial. This role blends production management and culinary artistry.

You will contribute creatively, while upholding our culture of excellence, hospitality, consistency, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistency and adherence to recipes, procedures and equipment effeciency standards
• Assist in menu development by experimenting with new recipes and innovative ideas
• Maintain operational precision, including inventory management, cleanliness, and organization
• Uphold strict food safety and handling protocols to ensure a hygienic and compliant environment

What We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about excellence in every aspect
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail, presentation, and quality
• Follow established recipes and standards to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation
• Assist with daily production-Support the shop with prep lists, menu changes, and seasonal production needs
• Operate equipment safely and report any maintenance needs.
• Contribute to a positive, team oriented kitchen environment.

Experience Required

• Experience within the food industry
• Proven restaurant or food-service leadership experience is a plus.
• Culinary background demonstrating precision, and attention to detail

• Pay: $20.00– $25.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 20-30 hrs per week
• Shifts Available: Morning, Day, early evening,

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
