Baker - Culinary Department (Skilled Nursing & Independent Living)

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Baker to join our Culinary Services team. This position is responsible for preparing a variety of fresh baked goods, including breads, pastries, desserts, and specialty items for residents in our Skilled Nursing and Independent Living communities. The Baker will follow standardized recipes, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, assist with menu production, and ensure high-quality products are available daily. The ideal candidate has a passion for baking, attention to detail, and a commitment to enhancing the dining experience for seniors.

Qualifications:

• Previous baking experience in a commercial kitchen or healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to follow recipes and production schedules
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
