Cultivation Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Cultivation Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the health and vitality of our cannabis plants throughout their lifecycle. This position involves hands-on cultivation activities, METRC compliance, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and collaboration with the cultivation team to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of plant health, growth stages, and any treatments applied, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Plant Care and Maintenance: Perform daily tasks such as cloning, transplanting, pruning, and watering to support optimal plant growth.
• Environmental Monitoring: Regularly check and maintain environmental parameters, including temperature, humidity, and light levels, to ensure ideal growing conditions.
• Pest and Disease Management: Identify and report signs of pests or diseases; assist in implementing integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.
• Harvesting: Participate in the harvesting process, including cutting, drying, and curing plants according to company standards.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of cultivation areas, tools, and equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with managers and team members to execute cultivation plans and meet production targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in horticulture or agriculture is preferred but not required. Previous experience with METRC is a value add.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions precisely, and proficiency
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 40 pounds, and work on feet for extended periods.
• Compliance: Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass background checks as required by state and local regulations.

Compensation Details: Salaried Employee, $60K annually

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
