We are looking for dependable, motivated, and team-oriented individuals to join our Cannabis Cultivation Grow Team.

Our cultivation operation is built around consistency, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to continually learn and improve. The right candidate understands that successful cultivation requires flexibility, hard work, and the ability to follow established procedures while adapting to the changing needs of the plants.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must meet all applicable state and local cannabis-industry employment requirements.
• No pending charges or convictions for drug-related felonies within the past 10 years, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must be able to meet attendance, scheduling, and workplace expectations.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime and weekends when operational needs require it.

The Cultivation Environment

Cannabis cultivation is a hands-on, detail-oriented operation. Our schedule is structured, but it can change based on the needs of the plants, production priorities, facility requirements, and other operational factors.

Team members should be prepared to work in an environment where:

• Daily tasks and priorities may change.
• Work may occasionally extend beyond the scheduled end time.
• Weekend and overtime work may be necessary.
• Consistency and attention to detail are critical.
• Team communication is essential.
• Training and procedures may evolve as we improve our cultivation practices.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
