What they need
- To execute and coordinate Culture & Employee Engagement programs and activities in accordance with the agreed strategy and annual plan.
- Ensures programs, campaigns, communication, events, employee listening activities, and culture initiatives are delivered effectively, consistently, and on schedule.
- Support the preparation and execution of the annual Culture & Engagement calendar. Coordinate program schedules, participants, materials, logistics, communication, documentation, and other execution requirements.
- Execute culture activation programs, campaigns, workshops, events, and activities. Prepare materials and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation across locations.
- Administer and coordinate Culture activities, including appointment, onboarding, briefing, materials, communication, activity tracking, participation records, and periodic review documentation.
- Support survey and employee listening administration, including participant database, communication, survey distribution, response monitoring, FGD coordination, data consolidation, and preparation of preliminary reports.
- Coordinate day-to-day communication and follow-up with HR teams, employees, People Leaders, Culture Agents/Ambassadors, and management stakeholders.
