- Preparazione delle materie prime e linea per il servizio
- Cottura e impiattamento delle portate nel rispetto degli standard del locale
- Controllo della freschezza e della qualità degli ingredienti
- Mantenimiento della pulizia e del rispetto delle norme HACCP
Requisiti:
- Esperienza: Almeno 1 anno
- Competenze: Conoscenza delle tecniche di cottura, taglio e gestione delle materie prime.
Retribuzione: a partire da €800,00 al mese
