Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of current accounts, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify new business prospects through market research, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in BFSI industry.
• Strong understanding of current account products and services offered by banks/financial institutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
