Key Responsibilities

The intern will join the Marketing Operations Department and support the team in the following activities:

• Definition, analysis, and optimization of CRM customer journeys and implementation of new contact strategies.
• Preparation and analysis of periodic performance reports.
• Support to CRM Specialists in customer management activities through dedicated mailing lists.
• Content management and updates for brand website pages.
• Performance monitoring and analysis through web analytics tools.
• Research and analysis aimed at improving the customer digital user experience (UX).
• SEO and SEA analysis and optimization activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with a strong sense of initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Additional requirements include:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of the English language.
• Master's Degree (ongoing) in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering or related fields
• Availability for a 6 months internship in Turin
• Knowledge of the French language will be considered a plus.
