Curriculum and Training Manager

Stepping Stones ELC, Blaine, is looking for a motivated, caring and team-minded early childhood professional to join a group of established leaders to assist with day to day responsibilities and operations of the school.

Primary Job duties include:

• Licensing and program policy oversight and compliance
• Staff development/policy training and curriculum training and development
• Performance reviews and feedback
• Budgeting and vendor communication
• Enrollment projections
• Assist with classrooms when needed to maintain DHS licensing ratios

Skills/Education required:

• Minimum of 1 year as a site Director, Asst. Director or similar role in a licensed childcare center
• Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree or CDA required for consideration
• Familiarity with MN DHS Licensing, Rule 3
• Proven leadership skills
• Key personality characteristics desired: motivated, confident, approachable, honest, problem solver, caring and personable
• Proficient with current technology based applications and software
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Drive and Excel
