What kind of candidate do we prefer?

• We are looking for an experienced individual who is capable of curating thoughtful curriculum for K-12kids in the niche of coding and 21st century tech skills. At RFL, we promote hands on – minds onlearning. The candidate must have great knack over English writing and speaking skills. We are lookingfor a creative individual who can think out of the box in most of the situations while designing a lessonfor the students. The candidate must also possess relevant skills to design the evaluation parameters for the curriculum designed.

Roles and Responsibilities –

1. Must develop the lesson plans based on the theme and end learning outcome given by the company.

2. Must validate the lesson plans with either students or fellow educators, based on the need and availability.

3. Must develop evaluation parameters and report card for the curriculum developed.

4. Must design the ppt and other relevant supporting learning materials, relevant to the given curriculum.

5. Must design any additional content, as asked by the IT team to put the entire content on the company LMS.

6. Must learn new technology based on the company requirement for future developments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
