About Manor Row

Manor Row is a new modern South Asian dining destination opening in the heart of Bradford.

We’re building an experienced kitchen team and are looking for a skilled Curry Chef who takes pride in their craft, understands South Asian flavours and can consistently deliver food to a high standard.

The Role

As Curry Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of South Asian dishes, working closely with the wider kitchen team to maintain quality, consistency and presentation.

You’ll be expected to:

• Prepare and cook curries, sauces and related dishes to a consistently high standard
• Follow Manor Row recipes, specifications and presentation standards
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Manage preparation and your section efficiently during busy services
• Monitor stock, portion control and minimise food waste
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Maintain consistency even during high-volume service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Curry Chef within a professional restaurant kitchen
• Strong knowledge of South Asian cooking techniques, spices and flavours
• Ability to work confidently in a busy kitchen environment
• Excellent standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team
• Passion for quality food and attention to detail

We are also currently recruiting experienced Tandoor Chefs and Grill Chefs. If your experience is better suited to either of these sections, we’d still love to hear from you.
