Curry Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef/Tandoori Chef to join our team at Ni Hao Delhi Indo-Chinese. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culinary arts, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a strong background in food production and kitchen management.

Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations
• Plan and create innovative menus
• Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and helpers
• Ensure food quality meets high standards
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Implement and maintain food safety standards
• Train and develop kitchen staff on culinary techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Curry Chef/Tandoori Chef or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of culinary arts and various cooking methods
• Excellent understanding of food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred
