  Retail sales experience strongly preferred / almost mandatory
  Face-to-face / in-person sales – mandatory
  Strong ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
  Good consultative selling, pitching and closing skills
  Comfortable interacting with premium / high-value customers
  Energetic, customer-oriented and target-driven
