Duties

• Measure window dimensions accurately to create custom curtain designs tailored to client specifications
• Cut fabric precisely according to patterns and measurements, ensuring minimal waste
• Sew and assemble curtain panels, headers, hems, and finishing touches with skillful craftsmanship
• Inspect finished products for quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal before delivery or installation
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace within the warehouse or workshop environment
• Collaborate with clients or design teams to select fabrics, styles, and accessories that match project requirements
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures when working with sewing machines and materials

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sewing, tailoring, or curtain making, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred to efficiently manage materials and supplies
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and sewing processes
• Ability to operate industrial sewing machines safely and effectively
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle fabric rolls or heavy materials as needed
