At Sportsman Boats, we don't just build boats—we build the places where people make memories. As a Cushion Coverer, you'll play an important hands-on role in bringing the interior of our boats to life by transforming cut fabrics and cushion materials into finished, high-quality cushions ready for the assembly line.

If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in getting the details right, and want to learn a skill in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to have you on our team!

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Monday–Thursday schedule: 5:00 AM–3:45 PM
  • Competitive pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

  • Stuff and fit cushions according to patterns
  • Cover cushions with fabric and securely staple materials to the framework
  • Button and finish cushions for installation in our boats
  • Inspect finished cushions for defects, damage, or stains

You'll need:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand and work with your hands and arms for extended periods
