Custodial Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the facilities through commercial cleaning.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Notify management of any repairs needed within the facility
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and perform cleaning duties

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
• janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
