Custodian - B Shift

POSITION: Custodian - B-Shift

DATE POSITION TO BE FILLED: As soon as possible

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform all duties related to the cleaning of school facilities, including but not limited to:
• sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing, and waxing floors
• cleaning and polishing furniture
• washing and disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers and floors
• cleaning windows
• collecting, storing, and disposing of trash, rubbish, and waste materials
• moving supplies, furniture, and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Generally works the hours of 2:30 - 11 p.m.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pre-employment physical examination and verification of good health by a licensed physician
• Ability to understand and follow instructions given in English and/or American Sign Language
• Ability to use various cleaning equipment and products, to recognize the need for building and household repairs, and perform manual labor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
