We are looking for a Custodian who is ready to work. A custodian is a professional responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and securing buildings and facilities to ensure safe and sanitary environments.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces, and cleaning restrooms.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash cans, collecting recycling, and disposing of waste properly.
• Facility Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, changing air filters, and washing windows.
• Security and Opening: Locking and unlocking buildings, managing alarm systems, and monitoring for safety hazards.
• Inventory Control: Restocking cleaning supplies and ordering new materials as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, paired with on-the-job training.
• Ability to stand for long hours, bend, and lift heavy items.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met.
