Custodian

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Custodians to maintain clean, safe, and orderly facilities. The Custodian will perform general cleaning and maintenance duties throughout the assigned facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors.
• Empty trash and replace trash liners.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to a supervisor.
• Follow all safety and cleaning procedures.
• Properly use and store cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift as required.
• Must be able to work assigned shifts and maintain good attendance.
• Must pass required background screening and any other client-required testing.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
