Position 1: Complex Cleaner / Game Support Staff

Location: Middle/High School Complex
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain school facilities
• Assist with setup and cleanup of school events and games
• Empty trash and maintain common areas
• Perform general custodial duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Position 2: Floor Technician

Locations: Elementary School & Middle/High School
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and clean school floors
• Operate floor care equipment, including buffers and scrubbers
• Strip, wax, and polish floors as needed
• Ensure floors meet cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements:

• Floor care experience preferred, but training may be provided
• Ability to operate custodial equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable work ethic

Position 3: Cleaner

Location: Elementary School
Schedule: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Pay: $12.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Clean classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and replenish supplies
• Dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces
• Follow established cleaning procedures

• Ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks

Qualifications for all positions:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or floor care experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must demonstrate professionalism when working in a school environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use cleaning equipment, including vacuums, mops, buffers, scrubbers, and other custodial tools as required
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals
• Ability to climb stairs and move throughout school facilities as needed

Screening & Employment Requirements

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
