Custodian

CUSTODIAN At a Glance Broad River Retail is currently seeking a Custodian to join our Safety & Facilities Management Team in. This position will perform the duties of maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the Corporate Campus. This position will also assist the Sr. Mgr. of Facilities in maintaining other areas of the property including the offices, breakroom, restrooms, and common areas.

Day In The Life As This Memory Maker

• Cleaning office furniture and dusting surfaces
• Sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets
• Make sure space is clean, free of clutter and litter
• Cleans and stocks restrooms
• Empties trash cans in breakrooms and restrooms as well as outside.
• Wash windows
• Clean doors and door handles
• Clean out refrigerators
• Clean breakrooms by wiping down all tables and chairs and cooking equipment
• All other duties as assigned
